The Mansion on Turtle Creek Pepper Mixture

1 cup ground black pepper
1/3 cup ground white pepper
1 ½ tblsp ground cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients. Cover tightly and store in a cool dry place. Use to season red meats and game before cooking.
