Venison Nacho Dip

A low-calorie dip with great southwestern flavor!


Ingredients
1 pound Broken Arrow Ranch Ground Venison
1/2 onion, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 16-oz can refried beans
2-oz chopped green chilies
1-1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
6-oz Ortega mild taco salsa
3 chopped green onions
10 sliced ripe olives
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
Tostado chips

Heat onion and meat in non-stick pan until meat browns and onions are soft. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread the refried beans in a flat 10-inch casserole dish. Layer the meat over the beans. Sprinkle chopped green chilies over the meat. Cover with grated cheese and taco sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sliced ripe olives. Before serving, garnish with sour cream and guacamole. Dip with tostado chips.
