All shipping addresses must be a physical address. Fed Ex cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address.

To send products as a gift or ship to an address different than the billing address:

During checkout you will have the option to enter separate billing and shipping addresses. If you would like to include a note to a gift recipient, enter it in the "Comments" field during checkout and we include it in the shipment.

If your credit card billing address is a P.O. Box:

Option 1: Click on “My Account” to create a new account or log into an existing account. Input your physical address into the address fields. Save the information, continue shopping and check out. During the check out process you will be prompted to enter your billing address (which can be a P.O. Box).

Option 2: During check out there is a “Comments” field available on the page where you input credit card information. Write the physical address of the delivery location in the “Comments” field.
