The November and December holiday season is
a busy time for everyone. Shipping carriers, such as FedEx,
are no exception as they are always swamped with last minute
holiday deliveries. The poor weather that can occur this time
of year only increases the odds for shipment delays.

Thanksgiving Shipping Deadlines:
Standard Shipping orders must be received
by 12 noon on Thursday, 11/15 to ensure delivery
by Thanksgiving.
Expedited Shipping orders ($9.95 additional
shipping fee) must be received by 12 noon on Monday,
11/19 to ensure delivery by Thanksgiving.
If possible, schedule delivery for the week prior
to Thanksgiving to avoid potential delivery delays
from the holiday rush.

Christmas Shipping Deadlines:
Standard Shipping orders must be received
by 12 noon Monday, 12/17 to ensure delivery
by Christmas.
Expedited Shipping orders ($9.95 additional
shipping fee) must be received by 12 noon on Wednesday,
12/19 to ensure delivery by Christmas.
If possible, schedule delivery for the week prior
to avoid potential delivery delays from the holiday
rush.

Order Early, Deliver Later!
Products may run out of stock during the holiday rush.
An order can be submitted early with a note to have the
order ship/arrive on a later date. |

Consider the possibility
of weather delays when scheduling a shipment.
If possible, it is best to have your order shipped on
a Monday or a Tuesday to allow multiple delivery attempts. |

If a delay does occur our products
can still be delivered safely up to 2 days after
shipment. Some thawing may have occurred, but
as long at the meat is cool to the touch (45° F or
less) then the product is safe. Thawed products can be
refrozen without a significant loss in meat quality. If
you are concerned about the safety of your delivery, please
contact us. |

The products you order can
be frozen up to 6 months or until you are ready
to use them. Thaw your meat in the refrigerator. Larger
cuts (such as roasts or whole legs) may take a full day
to thaw. |
